For NMUK & NTCE Employees

1. Contact fleet@nissan-nmuk.co.uk to request a code. Provide the following:
   a. Employee salary number
   b. Who’s buying the vehicle and their relationship to the Employee
   c. Nissan model, grade and engine size of choice
2. After validation, the Employee will receive an authorisation code via email.
3. Book an appointment with your chosen Nissan dealer. Tell them you want to buy via the MyClub Nissan scheme.
4. On the day, take with you the authorisation code, a valid driving licence or passport and a current utility bill.

For MyClub Nissan members (not NMUK & NTCE Employees)

1. Select your chosen Nissan model, grade and engine size.
2. Click “Request a Code”. A message will confirm we’ve received your request.
3. You’ll receive an on-screen confirmation of your discount code straight away, and an email confirmation within a few minutes.
4. Book an appointment with a Nissan dealer. Tell them you want to buy via the MyClub Nissan scheme.
5. On the day, take your authorisation code, a valid driving licence or passport and a current utility bill.

Please remember that you must make the dealer aware – prior to placing the order – that you intend to purchase the Nissan via the MyClub Nissan scheme.

Please note that your authorisation code is NOT linked to a specific Nissan, so you can update your order before or during your Nissan dealer visit.
